ABOUT ME
Welcome to my website.
Education:
I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a BA in Education [K-12 math and reading].
I completed my masters degree in Teaching [Instructional Practices] and my doctorate in Teacher Leadership.
Family:
My family moved to the Flathead Valley in 2001 from North Idaho. All five of my boys have attended schools in the Flathead Valley. We are a family divided; three boys graduated from FHS and the younger two from GHS [not to mention our MSU and UofM rivalry].
Family is very important to me; my boys still reside in the Flathead Valley. John is a Chiropractor at Stillwater Spine, Brett is a lineman, Dan teaches at KMS as a 6th grade PE teacher, Ben is an apprentice lineman and Todd is working as a mason.
Recently our family was blessed with the first grand-son, Odin and now our first grand-daughter Sawyer [first Ogden girl in 52 years]. We are now Oma and Opa.
Hobbies:
I love hiking, camping, and being outdoors with my family. With a big family I have always loved to cook and am now learning to cook for two - an experience with spices!
